Feel free to be creative by pairing the rolls with different dips and sauces.<\/p>\n<p>Prep time: 30 minutes<br \/>\nServes 3-4 persons<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n10 large spring roll wrappers<br \/>\n1 cup soy granules, hydrated, combined with mashed tofu<br \/>\n1\/2 cup carrots, grated<br \/>\n2\u00a0 stalks spring onion<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Chinese celery, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 tablespoon raisins, optional<br \/>\n1 small red onion, finely chopped<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/8 teaspoon Chinese five spice<br \/>\n1-2 tablespoon soy sauce<br \/>\nsalt\u00a0 and ground pepper to taste<br \/>\nMethod:<br \/>\n1. In a pan heat a little oil. Saut\u00e9 garlic until light brown. \u00a0Add onions and cook till transparent.<br \/>\n2. Add mashed tofu and soy granules, grated carrots and spring onions.<br \/>\n3.
