Go shopping once a week. for the week.<br \/>\n3. Eat more fruit. What\u2019s easier than packing a bunch of bananas?<br \/>\n4. Buy Tupperware. Take food with you so you\u2019re ready when there\u2019s no good options around.<br \/>\n5. Use recipes that are actually quick and easy.<\/p>\n<p>I developed a lot of these short and sweet recipes over the years, since, as mentioned above, I have other stuff to do than just cooking. You can download my Super Simple Vegan Recipes for free <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.markkislich.com\/super-simple-vegan-recipes\"  rel=\"nofollow external\">here.<\/a><br \/>\nHere\u2019s one dish from that book, and it\u2019s pretty awesome if I do say so myself:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SWEET POTATO RICE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n-400-500 gr Jasmine Rice (2.5 cups or 16.5 ounces)<br \/>\n-1-2 large Sweet Potatoes<br \/>\n-2.5 liters\/quarts of Water<br \/>\n-Sweet Thai Chili Sauce (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\n-Slice the potatoes up in 1 inch\/2 cm thick slices.<br \/>\n-Put all ingredients, except for the Chili Sauce, in a pot and let them boil for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n-Chop it all up a little.
