I personally include them in my diet for the Omega-3 and\u00a0the energy, but they are also good for weight loss or for improving metabolic health. Plus they are full of antioxidants and protein. Magic seeds is what I call them!<\/p>\n<p>Today I wanted to share with you this\u00a0plum jam with chia seeds recipe. It&#8217;s great for breakfast, brunch, or\u00a0whenever you fancy a snack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients For One Small Pot:<\/strong><br \/>\n500g plums<br \/>\n250g cane sugar<br \/>\nJuice from 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 tbsp chia seeds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Cut the plums into pieces, and cook on the stove with the sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick over medium flame for about 15 minutes, or until you have a mixture that resembles jam. Be sure to stir constantly to prevent the sugar from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Add the chia seeds towards the end of the cooking process.<br \/>\n2. Remove the cinnamon stick.
