Right then, I knew I had found a winner. Veggie Galaxy in Cambridge was recommended to me by my couchsurfing host upon arrival in the city. Naturally, I carved out some time to pop in for a visit (two, actually). Known for their busy weekend brunches, I made sure to get there before the crowd so I had time to savour my breakfast. The restaurant itself is actually quite spacious, with seating for around eighty people. Even so, within an hour the place was bustling. The staff remained incredibly helpful and kind, even in the mounting rush,\u00a0answering all my questions as I pored over the tempting\u00a0menu. What I appreciated the most about Veggie Galaxy is that their entire breakfast menu can be made vegan. For someone who travels regularly, I&#8217;m often left jumping through hoops and settling for secondary choices because certain items aren&#8217;t vegan.
