Now some of you older folks (like me) will have no problem remembering this song (from the rock group, Heart). So I was happily singing along\u2026and for some reason instead of singing \u201cooh Barracuda\u201d\u2026I sang \u201cooh Carapulcra.\u201d\u00a0 Carapulcra was the Peruvian dish I was making when the song came on, and I just started tweaking the verses. The original version goes like this: \u201cAnd if the real thing don&#8217;t do the trick, you better make up something quick.\u00a0You gonna burn, burn, burn, burn, burn to the wick.\u00a0Ooh\u2026Barracuda! Oh yeah.\u201d My version goes like this: \u201cAnd the seitan will do the trick, cuz\u2019 you\u2019re gonna, whip up this dish quick.\u00a0It\u2019s so good the bowl, bowl, bowl, bowl you\u2019re gonna lick.\u00a0Ooh\u2026Carapulcra!\u00a0 Oh yeah.\u201d \u00a0 This dish will DEFINITELY make you sing.
