There were 100% vegetarians \/ &#8216;vegans&#8217; living in &amp; around London, UK &#8211; more here. Francis W. Newman had attempted to introduce &#8216;veganism&#8217; in The Vegetarian Society UK in 1871 &#8211; more\u00a0here.
