It turns out that cauliflower, especially when blended with coconut milk, comes into it&#8217;s element as a thick, creamy &#8216;can&#8217;t-quite-tell-how-you-did-that-but-I-love-it&#8217; sauce; a sauce that can be used just about anywhere that conventional cheese-type sauce would. It doesn&#8217;t just work; it&#8217;s absolutely fabulous! Not only is is super healthy (filled with an absolute abundance of nutritional goodness) it&#8217;s ridiculously simple.
