This past weekend, Zander decided to make a new pizza sauce. \u00a0It came out really good and it was different from sauces that I have had in pizza. Ingredients 1Tbsp of Vegan Butter 1\/2 Tbsp of Olive Oil 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced 1 Can of Artichoke Hearts in Water, Finely Chopped 1\/2 Tsp of Salt Pinch of Pepper 1 cup of\u00a0unsweetened\u00a0soy milk 1\/4 Cup of Fresh Sweet Basil, Chopped . Preparation Saute the garlic in the butter and olive oil on medium-low heat. Next, add the finely chopped artichoke hearts. Then add the salt and pepper. \u00a0Slowly add the soy milk, while stirring. \u00a0Then add the sweet basil. \u00a0Cook the sauce on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. \u00a0Let it cool, then blend it until smooth.
