A few years back, I felt inspired to create a delicious all vegan Christmas dinner that everyone would love – no matter what culinary preferences they normally had. This Festive Seed Roast Loaf was born and we were thrilled with the appetizing results! Creating conscious cuisine can bring a real lightness and joy to holiday celebrations. We have the opportunity to nurture and nourish ourselves with healthy, delicious food at the same time as caring for other sentient life in the process by choosing animal free. This seed roast is surprisingly light and easy to digest. It serves delightfully well with vegan mushroom gravy and roast veggies.
