You will be taken through the steps to make a shan noodle dish, charcoal roasted aubergine salad, potato rice and other dishes for 1000 to 2500 Kyats. Some the background to the foods may be discussed or outlined. Use of disposable glove and advice on how to adjust ingredients to suit your individual taste. Employ locals and help them to develop skills to progress, using his background in community based sustainable tourism.
