A vegetarian shop sells exclusively lablabi for breakfast, which is all-vegan. Especially in winter make sure to go there before 10:00 am. You'll get a bowl of chickpea soup (vegan) with spices as a basis (after tearing up the bread), (olive oil and eggs are optional and you pay extra for them).
