  • Content that is not in English; that is encrypted; or that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or appropriate any system, data, or personal information; or
  • Content that violates the standards of good taste or the standards of this Web site, as determined by HappyCow in its sole discretion.

Site Community Membership
Membership to the HappyCow site may be suspended or revoked. Reasons include, but are not limited to any of the following:

• Offensive language, including harmful or abusive language, expletives or profanities, obscenities, or hate speech, or harassing, vulgar, or sexually explicit language;
• References to illegal activity;
• Content that contains personal attacks;
• Spamming or Ad Solicitation;
• Same person has multiple accounts;
• Account is for the sole purpose of advertising;
• Account has been inactive for longer than 120 consecutive days.

Reviews and Forum Posts are owned by HappyCow.net
Reviews and other content that is submitted to HappyCow shall be owned exclusively and in perpetuity by HappyCow. Such exclusive ownership means that HappyCow has the unrestricted, perpetual, and exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and distribute any and all materials and communications regarding and including submitted Reviews, Forum Posts, Venue Photos, and other submitted content. HappyCow is under no obligation to give credit or pay any consideration to you for your Reviews / Posts.

HappyCow Forums welcome those who are:
A) vegan, vegetarian, herbivore, raw foodist
B) have a sincere interest in becoming vegetarian
If neither applies you may be banned

- Members under 13 years of age (will result in an immediate ban)
- Posting private contact information (address/phone/e-mail/etc) of others (up to 2 warnings and then ban)
- Posting advertisements unrelated to veg*nism (up to 2 warnings and then ban)

- Please Report any violations
- Do not discuss private correspondence publicly (pm's, e-mail, etc) without permission from all parties involved.

Repeated violations/warnings may result in your account being placed on probation, suspended, or banned.
