Despite being told I was going to struggle to be veggie in Peru, it was not hard to avoid meat. Cusco attracts a bit of a hippy element (Peruvian and Gringos alike!) especially as its a popular stop off on the way to Machu Picchu, so most restaurants can cater for Veggies... Vegans to I'm sure if you ask. Just about everywhere will be able to knowck up pasta and pizzas and many traditional peruvian dishes can be nade without meat. If you are going to Machu Picchu there is also a Govinda in Aguas Calientes (at the bottom of the mountains).
