Food is good. Service is slow because of an intentional lack of staff. Be aware that your server may be "orienting" and thus, will not be getting any of the tip monies you put into the communal tip jar on the counter. It's unfortunate that this business chooses to split tips between the manager of the restaurant and whatever permanent servers happen to be working. It's not ethical, and questionably legal to do so.
Cons: really slow service, questionable staffing practices
