Like any other Whole Foods, it's an overpriced and somewhat greenwashed affair, with too much shiny stuff and not enough organics and, ironically, too many processed (i.e. *not* whole) foods.
But among the plentifully-stocked aisles there awesome good things to be found if one reads labels carefully.
The best thing about this location is that there's ample free parking, which is rare in downtown Oakland.Pros: Free parking
Cons: Sells meat, and lots of junk, too, overpriced
