Veggie Bob's is a classic. Bob works the kitchen and is no fuss in his approach. Dare I say legendary? Love this restaurant. The food is unpretentious and right on the money. I ordered the brie sandwich which claims to be a classic for 40 years now. It was delish!! I took my carnivore friends here for lunch and they were loving every minute of it. Make sure to try a float, the key lime is heavenly. Also, do not forget to buy a croissant with " meat and cheese" in it. These are deadly!! If they are for sale when you are there- buy them all!!!!

As a tourist I love to try new vegan restaurants! This is definitely “comfort” food and does not really cater to a more strict, whole foods, low oil diet. It is charming both inside and out and is in a touristy area.

Friendly service, but it is not a sit down restaurant with servers. Order at the counter and they bring to your table.

We ordered the Revolutionary Burrito and Mac & Cheese Sausage and we were not disappointed. The cheese was perfectly melted, the flavour was on point and the portions were huge. The owner has a sneaky sense of humour - can’t get anything past this 70’s guy! We laughed, we ate, we left stuffed. We took a lemon cupcake to go and were shocked at how moist and dense it was without being overly sweet. Only thing that would make that cupcake better would be peanut butter (Bob wasn’t sharing his stash). Great job Bob, keep up the good work! The young fella helping out was polite and courteous.

I had the bun with portobello, sausage, pear slices, etc, etc. It's a good thing that it was served with a knife and fork because this bun was loaded. Filling and very tasty. There were lots of tables outside for a comfortable and safe dining experience during the pandemic.

If you're craving some 'home cooking' this is a vegan's go to place. The mac and cheese is the best I've ever tasted. The seitan - home made and delicious. My partner gobbled up the quesadilla, so I didn't get a look in there. Cosy atmosphere and friendly too!
