This grocery/market/deli/cafe is a little-known enclave in the heart of Queens that serves amazing veggie-vegan smoothies and food. The selection is not meager enough to scoff at, but not too much to be overwhelmed by. IT'S JUST RIGHT! All the food is prepared and cooked in house... Absolutely brilliant!
If you get there before they run out, you need to try their meat-less apple walnut "neatloaf." Their homemade red pepper hummus is divine. Perhaps you're more of a cold sesame noodle with mixed vegetables kind of person. It doesn't matter what your preference is, Thyme caters for all walks of life.

Thyme's owners Nathalie and Rodney are wonderful people. They recognize how important it is to foster strong relationships within the community.
