I was excited to see a vegan option out by my small town and was making plans to have dinner. Looking through the menu however I changed my mind. It is a bit pricey though it would be ideal for a special occasion. What I find most disturbing is that they serve Foie Gras. I mean this place actually doesn't "get it". Are they simply offering vegan options to cash in on the trend or because they truly are respectful of vegans? I certainly don't expect the world to go vegan because I am but to serve a product that is not only immensely cruel but equates to serving liver disease on a platter is disgusting. No self respecting vegetarian or vegan should support a business such as this. I will not patronize this business until this dish of cruelty is removed from the menu.
