I was in a hurry for lunch and found out about The Juan Burrito, I walked in and saw a whole line of freshly chopped vegetables. It was set up to make salads and burritos. Once you were past the three meats there were beans cooked and seasoned with garlic and sea salt and spanish rice. Then there was quite an assortment of fresh daily picked vegetables like jicama, cucumbers, colorful bell peppers, red onions, corn, jalepenos pepperoncinis, carrots, brocoli, tomatoes, romain lettuce, and spinach for a few examples. At the end of the line were fresh home made salsas for the burritos, and home made dressings for the salads. Needless to say it was quite an experince for a place that serves food so fast. The owners were very nice and there kids were chopping veggies and helping too. Good job Juan Burrito.
Cons: pork, chicken, beef
