Definitely Recommend!

Always a treat! I've been twice now during trips to Sudbury and on both occasions I've ordered the daily special with side "super seed" salad and have not been disappointed. The specials that I've tried were the thai burger, and the black bean burrito and they were delicious. I left both times satisfied.

This place can be a little bit tricky to spot, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area - It's located inside a small health store/spa. It definitely has a more cafe feel to it than restaurant. The menu is small but the specials are varied. It would be nice to see a few more staples on the menu, maybe some soups or stews.

Pros: Heathful Foods, Gluten Free, Friendly Service

Cons: Small Menu, Signage Can Be Hard To Spot, Limited Seating

Not impressed

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience here. The atmosphere is odd - it's a store that sells furniture and lamps, and some of the tables you can't sit at because they are being sold...

To say the menu is small is an understatement. There are 8$ smoothies and salad - that's basically it. We went on a weekend - and ordered pancakes. On the menu it said 'banana pancake' and then in the description goes on about "panacakes with such and such...", but all you get is one small pancake. Pancakes are one of the cheapest things to make, and although this one was tasty, it was not worth 10$ each. We all left hungry and had to go home to eat. Because of the small menu, it is not friendly to non-vegans. My mom doesn't like pancakes and thus there was nothing else for her for breakfast.

I was really excited to see a vegan place finally open in this town, but it seems aimed towards upper-end health vegans with lots of money - not just your average hungry vegan.

Pros: fairtrade coffee, maple syrup, agave instead of sugar

Cons: expensive, not much food/order, crappy atmosphere
