Great Store - Edit
The store is full of vegan products and items. They also have a large bulk section which is awesome. Their kitchen offers a hot bar, sandwich menu, bowl menu, breakfast, grab and go, and smoothie menu all with vegan options. I had the tofu teriyaki bowl which had great flavor and well-cooked tofu, but most of the bowl was cold.

Good vegan options - Edit
The CoOp is the go-to in town if you’re looking for vegan groceries. Also has some pre made deli options for vegans and a hot lunch bar with vegan options.

Cute store - Edit
It's a small co-op with all the things you've come to love and expect plus a deli with hot food to order marked vegan. They also had labeled vegan options in the bakery case. I got the sweet potato brussel bowl and it was delicious. A perfect road trip stop.

Great stop for plant based eaters! - Edit
In addition to being vegan, we are very particular about certain ingredients (gluten, soy, canola, msg, citric acid, vinegar etc). We stopped in while on a cross country trip in an RV. We were delighted to find many of the brands that we purchase at home. They also had a reverse osmosis water system and we stocked up with 10 gallons of water. Our only criticisms were that everything was a little bit more expensive than it would be at our co-op at home. And they did not have much grab and go food, which would’ve been nice for our road trip. We were there on a Saturday, and their deli was closed which went open may have had more options. Oh, and they don’t sell ice, which we needed for a cooler.

Cons: More expensive for the same items , Not a lot of grab and go options.

Vegan road trip! - Edit
Stopped in for dinner options while passing through on a road trip. Not many vegan options but it’s sufficient enough considering location. A handful of prepared vegan items and you might get lucky with a hot bar item if it’s the right day of the week.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
Honestly one of the better natural food spots in Sioux Falls if you’re going for mini bistros and grab n go food! Their grocery item selection is rather small, but they do have great select vegan products. The best part is definitely their bistro because they often have all vegan weeks where their hot food selection includes completely vegan meals! They also offer a lot of vegan meals that you can grab and heat up for late which they have pre-made. My personal favorite is vegan tofu popcorn chicken. It was something I had a lot as a kid so having a vegan alternative to that was awesome! Definitely check out their Facebook page to see what’s on the menu for the week. They usually list it every week!

Perfect - Edit
My husband and I were traveling across the country from the east coast to Mt. Rushmore. This Co-Op was the perfect stop to restock all of our vegan essentials for the trip on the way out, and then on the way back across the country after spending 4 days in South Dakota. Walking in was like a breath of fresh air! I was able to find everything needed to keep us eating healthy, organic, vegan food throughout our trip. The girl and guy behind the counter were the same both times we went, and they were friendly and knowledgable. Sioux Falls is lucky to have this little gem!

Diamond in the Rough - Edit
I found it surprising that Sioux Falls, which otherwise has very little in the way of happy cow friendly spots, had a co-op that is better than many I have seen in much larger cities. This place was a gem -- and it makes sense when you realize they've been perfecting their craft since 1973. They had all the usual health food store staples, a really robust organic produce section for a store that small, a little cafe, and they even had some healthy prepared foods. When there aren't any vegan restaurants around and I'm passing through somewhere, I always check to see whether the local health foods store has some healthy prepared foods I can take to go. These guys did -- quinoa salads, Asian salads, little healthy hearty containers of food hat were also delicious. Overall I was really impressed. Sioux Falls is lucky to have such a place!

under construction - Edit
I can see this space being great for Sioux Falls, unfortunately when I was there most of the store was under construction. I asked about it, and their previous space had burned out in a fire and they are only know building out because they weren't sure they were going to stay in this location. They have some vegan food around the store and a decent but small produce section. I would look forward to their kitchen and grab and go being finished though.
