Serves meat, vegan options available. Could get veggie springs rolls, red curry, veggie rolls, soups, and salads. Removed Oct 2018 - reported not veg-friendly.
I called to place a takeout order. A very rude girl answered the phone, and when I tried to order something from the “vegetarian” section of the menu and asked that they leave out the oyster sauce and fish sauce, she told me that all of their sauces contain fish sauce as they are pre-made and they cannot remove it from the dish. I told her that they should not advertise these dishes as VEGETARIAN because fish sauce is not vegetarian. She proceeded to call herself a vegan and that fish sauce is vegetarian. Her answer to my “what can a vegan eat at your restaurant” was “some veggies stir fried with soy sauce”. No thanks, I will not be paying money for something I can do at home. Would NOT recommend this place to any vegan or vegetarian.
I had been told at this place that some items, such as tofu panang, were vegan friendly and free of fish sauce, but then the last time I went I was told nothing on the menu was suitable for vegans. I don't know what the deal is, but it's not somewhere I'll be visiting again.
After reviewing the only review for this place, I was skeptical. I ended up trying this place after all and had a good meal. To be avoid any oyster sauce, etc - I ordered the yellow curry with tofu. It was very tasty and the service was fast.
This place is not vegetarian especially vegan friendly. They consider "oyster" sauce and shell fish vegetarian. After telling them it was not, they sort of got irritated and said they were not going argue about it.
