Taverna Re Lasagna is a small, quaint restaurant in the outskirts of Bologna, Italy. The owner and chef, Gilberto Argini, created for us the first vegan lasagna ever to be made in Bologna, Italy. It was delicious, and I highly recommend it. Gilberto is a really cool guy, and will cater to your vegan needs. He speaks perfect Italian and English which is a great bonus for those who don't speak Italian.
