Flavorful Falafel - Edit
I was happy to find this place on my delivery app after a day of barely being able to eat. The flavor of the Green Falafel was SO GOOD and was definitely the star of my order. Beyond that it was pretty standard fare, but it definitely hit the spot.

Found a piece of chicken in my bowl :( - Edit
I love Taïm and have been eating here for years. Unfortunately, after being a 100% vegetarian restaurant, they recently added chicken to their menu, and I found a piece of chicken in my falafel bowl. So I suggest always asking them to be extra careful if you are veg. Apart from this accident, I love the food and flavors here.

cauliflower bowl! - Edit
the cauliflower bowl is so so good! i have tried my husband’s falafel and fires, too and they are all very tasty. it’s great that they have free toppings. depending on who makes it, the portions can really vary in size and seasoning.

Plenty of room for improvement - Edit
I didn’t really like this place. Portions are small, and the hummus is too liquid and yucky.

Best falafel in Manhattan - Edit
Taim has the best falafel in Manhattan, all other comparable options (and there are many) are below in quality, keeping the prices in the same range. Food is very tasty and service is quick even during busy lunch hours. Highly recommended for a quick and reasonably priced lunch.

Too much oil - Edit
I consider the gold standard of falafel to be Aba's in Rhinebeck, NY. This place is fine. On the platter they serve the humous with what looks like 2 tablespoons of oil in the center. That would be OK, that's what pita is for, except the pita is also heavily brushed with oil. Hmmm. And the falafels are small, about half the size of a golf ball, which means more surface area for the deep frying... and more oil. All the flavors are good but I felt yucky afterwards.

delicious - Edit
taim has 3 falafel flavors and they are all amazing--i highly suggest the harissa if you like a little heat. the only drawback to this place is the line. it's quite small, typical for an nyc takeout place, but the wait is worth it. call ahead and order for pickup and you can cut the line ;)

Delicious falafel - Edit
Great option for a quick lunch or take away, the falafel here is fresh and delicious. There are 3 main options for falafel flavours and several options for extras or salads. The line is usually long at lunch time but orders can also be placed online.

This place rocks!! - Edit
We were visiting for only three days and had lunch here two days in a row because the food was just so darn tasty! We ate some of the best falafels we've ever had. We ordered the mixed falafel platter, which included six falafel balls (two of each flavor) with three different sauces, a piece of pita bread (white or whole wheat), hummus, tabouli, and an Israeli salad (basically chopped cucumbers and tomatoes). Food was high quality and tasted very fresh, although setting was quite casual. I could totally see their food served at some fancy-schmancy Middle Eastern restaurant. Think high-end Maoz with gourmet quality food. The proximity to SoHo is a big plus as well.
