Where else can find a beautiful outdoor restaurant in LA that is not only vegan and 100 percent organic, but also grows many of the vegetables and spices they use on their menu on premises?
I spoke with the owner of this new restaurant; and he told me that they do not use sugar in their food, but many dishes are sweetened with stevia that he grows in the back of the restaurant.
The menu is quite eclectic, with Indian, Italan, and other international flavors. The flavors of the food are balanced, and quite delicious . I ordered the tempeh spinach and a chai tea, and was completely satisfied. This space doubles as a beer garden, and has such a brilliant ambiance after the sun goes down.
