This is a vegetarian's paradise of incredible subtle, delicious flavors, many with a unique Taiwanese-Persian fusion flavor, such as the rose petal green tea with tapioca bubbles. But our favorites include handmade osthmanthus tea vegetarian dumpling dim sum and also the handmade noodles. There are so many varieties of tofu, also, and a full tea menu with all of the exquisite high mountain oolong varieites detailed and served to perfection. We also love the homemade ice creams--from red bean to black sesame! This place is amazing! If Happy Cow allowed a rating of 5/5 for non-veg restaurants we would certainly give it a 5 as it is a 5+ in our book. And the quality is always the same--perfection. We fly in from Saudi Arabia where we live and work, and always make Sin-Chai our first stop from the airport and our last stop on the way back. Just tell the taxi to take you to Health Care City (all taxis know it) and it's building 27 A (this entrance to the building is just next to the restaurant).
