ShinHwa is a very vegan friendly place! They are constantly trying to improve and really listen to suggestions. There is a seperate vegetarian menu and everything on it can be prepared vegan. Any special requests? No problem. I always enjoyed the food, especially the "Happy Rolls" (Glücksrollen) which are the best spring rolls I have ever tried. I can also recommend the vegan dessert, an unusual concoction made of mung beans, coconut milk, water chestnuts and pandan jelly. The decor is quite modern and there isn't much space, so if you are planning to go there with many people, be sure to make a reservation.
