Santosa's restaurant is a foodie's paradise with a lovely view over Kata.
Serving an inventive mix of gourmet Italian cuisine and international raw food standards, plus a variety of soups, salads, drinks and desserts, Santosa has something to please just about everyone. Everything appears to be vegan except for the chocolate fudge, which contains honey.
Our favorites were the pumpkin ravioli, the salads and desserts. The drinks are great, too, if a little steeply priced for the portions.
Aside from the drinks and desserts, Santosa has surprisingly reasonable prices considering the quality. But take note: they charge 3% extra for credit cards and 15 baht for two glasses of tap water.
The Saturday dinner buffet (6:30 pm onward) is good value if you're hungry.
