In a traditional "meat city", find a bistro with an international approach to food while remaining "very Italian" is simply a gem!
They deserve 5 stars as they try to combine some traditional meat base dishes with vegan meals, veggie, gluten free. Meaning that if your partners/friends are not vegan (or viceversa)...you can find something that fits your needs without starving anymore.
But don't expect to eat in a restaurant. They aren't. They serve food, local dishes, drinks, local wines, live beers, raw juices, homemade vegan cakes, almond cappuccino, soya frappuccino, sorbet...just all day long. Pls aware that they are not open late at night, better to call.
A suggestion: Roman bruschetta are one of the best we've ever eaten.Pros: variety, open all day, city centre
Cons: better to call for dinner
