OK, but has room for improvement.

There are other Chinese restaurants in the valley that cater more to vegans. That being said, you can get a decent meal here, if you are careful to specify that you are vegan. Staff is not well educated on what it means to be vegan, so best to be specific. The dishes are normally made with chicken broth, so you have to specify that you do not want any chicken broth used when preparing your food (or eggs, honey, shrimp paste, oyster sauce, etc. to be safe). I had the staff circle options that could be made vegan for me. They are: (MUST SPECIFY VEGAN - NO CHICKEN BROTH!)
S5 - Veggie Soup
#2 - Cashew Nut Stir Fried
#4 - King Pao with Tofu or Veg
#6 - Mongolian with Veg
#7 - Green Bean in Black Bean Sauce with Veg
#8 - Broccoli Stir Fried with Veg
#9 - Spicy Curry Stir Fried with Veg
#11 - Mix Veg Stir Fried with Veg
#59-65 (Vegetable and Tofu Section)
N1 - Lo Mein with Veg
N2 - Chow Mein with Veg
N4 - Chow Fun with Veg

They also circled #N3 - Double Pan Fried Egg Noodle - but obviously that has egg.

Not circled, but I'd be curious if I went again:
#19 on 'Chef's Selection' - Supreme Soft Tofu
#41 - Clay Hot Pot with Deluxe Veg with Tofu

I tried #11 take out, and was worried it would be very bland since they usually add chicken broth. It was very tasty though, and was enough for 2 meals. Only cost about $10. The fortune cookie was not vegan (contained egg).

Pros: Tasty food, Nice atmosphere
Cons: No vegan options without specifying, Staff needs education on what is vegan, Fortune cookies are not vegan
