Don't be put off by external aesthetics
I visited this place around about June 2013
Great food& Drinks!
Great place for kids to meet the local rooster, who freely roams the Cafe and grounds!
The premise isn't boutique but one of a kind for casual lunch, etc.
It also had small area dedicated to what looked to be "free-for-all" and "feel free to donate" clothes, electric goods and books, etc.
Didn't really get a good look but I was fascinated and pleasantly surprised but the warm heartfelt community sharing which they had to offer – for that I give 5 cows!
Cons: Closes at PM weekdays
