Raku Raku is a wonderful place.
We had a delicious and friendly meal there, starting with some of the sushi rolls and moving over to the steamboat.
They offer very nice sushi - "traditional" rolls that are very tasty and give a good approximation of fish-based sushi and also some good and new, fresh ones with lots of fruits.
The "Steamboat" is a traditional Chinese dish, where different ingredients are boiled in a soup by a group of people sitting around the table. They offer a choice of two different soups (out of 4) and a choice of different ingredients, many of which are vegetables that should be organic.
As to our question, the manager, Jason Lim, answered that all the ingredients and the mock products (especially fish) are vegan, and only some dishes use eggs (indicated in the menu) and the mayonnaise contains dairy, which can be left out on request.Pros: Delicious food, Many vegan options, Moderate prices
