Only one vegan option - Edit
When we went there was only the soy burger and they have taken down the ‘Vegan Tings’ board that we were excited to sample. The lady was nice but we ended up getting a fairly average veggie burger. A cheap meal nonetheless.

Amazing vegan smoothie - Edit
One star less bc service is extremely slow. But the burger, wrap and smoothies were great. They were out of the vegan ice cream. Very slow service the day we went (40 mins!)

Easy to miss, but don't miss it! - Edit
Even after having been there (and loving it) a year ago, we drove past Punchline three or four times before rediscovering it as among our top vegan dining options in Barbados.
Read moreEach meal is prepared from scratch upon ordering, and we were exceedingly pleased with the vegan soy hot dog, as well as the house-made vegan lentil burger, both with fresh potato fries (sweet potatoes were also an option). The smoothies with which we accompanied our meal were super fresh, healthy and tasty.
Like most places in the islands, no one is in a hurry at Punchline, and that's a GOOD thing. Place your order at, sit back and enjoy island time for a bit before your meal is ready. You'll be very very glad you did.
Punchline is definitely on our top three list of plants-to-eat spots on Barbados (Punchline also has meat options). Don't miss it!
Pros: Excellent food, Friendly service, Healthy eating

delicious vegan menu - Edit
Really great vegan menu. We had the black Bean wrap which was so good and massive! Kids had the vegan hot dog with salad which they polished off. The smoothies are particularly good...lots of choice and again very generous in size. Tried 3 vegan ice cream flavours, guiness, soursop & seamoss. .they were incredible! will be back to try the vegan burgers...they have a chickpea burger which I had my eye on...plus more ice cream!

Healthy juices, fresh ingredients - Edit
I went here once on my trip, the first time I tried within work hours it was closed. We ordered a juice each and a wrap & lentil burger. I asked what the chick wrap was, and the lady told me chick peas so I ordered that. It turned out to be a mock meat wrap,(chick-chicken?) with a massive hunk of soy burger in it. Was really unpleasant texture so I removed it, but otherwise the wrap was nice. My partner liked his burger. The juice had alot of sandy pulp n the bottom, but was fresh and otherwise ok. We sat in and I got a few mossie bites, but was alright in there, they play movies on the tv. Overall would advise, mostly if you like fried veggie foods and fresh juices.
Read morePros: lots of labelled vegan options, no dairy served, price was ok , big menu
Cons: they serve fish , mostly fried foods/unreliable open hours, could have done with sieving the juices

Vegan menu but not in a rush to open!!!!!! - Edit
I was delighted that I found on Happy Cow that Punchline was a few minutes walk from my hotel in Hastings and it was lovely to have a vegan place nearby. The first time I went I got a Rasta salad, fresh orange juice and ice cream. The food is tasty and very reasonable priced. The second time I went was on my last day when I had planned to get lunch and something for the return flight home. The opening hours on the window said from 11.00hrs. We arrived at 11.40 and it was closed. Someone around the back said they would open within 20 minutes - 12.00hrs. A little after midday, someone in the store indicated "5 minutes". We were still waiting outside at 13.00hrs when we left as did other customers. It's a shame. The food is nice but you have to be open to serve people!!! If it's open when you visit, pop in for lovely vegan food. Just don't expect it to open when it says it will be!!!!

Cons: Caribbean time!!!!, No obvious washroom facilities.
