Pu Ti is a very recognizable place on the corner of East and Nanjun roads. It is in a big building and says Pu Ti Vegetarian in English on the side of the building. We have eaten here many times.
The food is decent but you do have to be careful because they will try to slip milk or cheese into a few things. There is no English menu, but the menu has some pictures on it.
You can eat fairly cheap here. If you get rice, a soup, and a dish, you'll end up spending around 60RMB. This isn't bad, but it's much more expensive than other places in the area.
Most of the food is decent. They do spicy food pretty well. Their spicy trumpet mushroom is one of our favorites, and their Mapo tofu is the best in town. Often times, we will order what doesn't seem like a lot of food and end up with a bill over 200RMB.
Cons: Expensive, Uses cheese and milk
