Friendly Vegan

There were few vegan options there. Including this soup but I request in the menu that the broth must be vegetarian since in the menu I read there vere also broth with meet or fish. They were also nice

Pros: Some vegan option , Well signaled in green , Staff friendly

Cons: Vegan option not written clear

Bland pho

I’ve had the vegan pho on two separate occasions and it is completely bland. They also won’t make it spicy.

desappointed

The vegan egg rolls are really good. But we ordered a vegan chicken sandwich and here come the issues:
1) It comes with a soup in a vegan menu but it's actually a very salted chicken broth
2) there was some buttery spread on the bread so we ask if it was butter and we were told that the chicken comes already prepared but they did not know if it was prepared with butter... interesting... and we never had the answer about the spread on the bread

Conclusion: serious doubts about the vegan accuracy of the items we ordered

Pros: egg rolls are a favorite

Cons: indetermined buttery spread in vegan sandwich, vegan menu comes with chicken broth

Vegan Tofu Pho and Egg Rolls

We ordered take-out. The egg rolls were delicious-greasy, fried as you would expect. The pho was disappointing. It was very bland. The tofu tasted like the grease it was fried in, no flavor at all. I would not recommend, even if you have a hankering for pho and there is no where else around. The vegan dishes are definitely not their specialty.

Pros: Quick

Cons: Bland , Expensive

Vegan Eggroll Enough Said

I actually love their vegan Pho and the egg rolls are my favorite. Still one of my fav restaurants.

Yes, in a pinch

I love pho, but I must say that a healthy vegan would not go to this place all of the time. It would need to be more nourishing, more grounded food. It's nice to try it once or if there is nothing else or you have a hankering for pho.

Bad experience

I came here a couple times, and the food was decent, and it's nice that they have veggie items marked on the menu, but unfortunately I no longer trust them to know (or care) about what this means. Both times I ordered the vegetarian Banh Mi (sandwich), which automatically comes with soup, but the second time, I asked about the soup, and was told that it was chicken soup (even though they have a vegetarian soup on the menu as well). I asked if I could have it with the vegetarian soup instead (trying to forget the fact that I had eaten the soup the previous time), and the waiter went and talked to the manager, and then came back and apologized and said that they can't really do that (...?) but that they could make an exception just this time. Automatically serving chicken soup with an explicitly vegetarian sandwich was bad enough (since most people wouldn't bother to ask), but not even being willing to change this to vegetarian broth when asked (or understanding why this might make sense) meant that I've never wanted to go back.

Cons: Not as veggie-friendly as they appear, Unreasonable
