I was in TC for work for almost 2 weeks and this was definitely my favorite restaurant. I went there twice -- once for the jazz brunch and once again for dinner during the week. At brunch, I had the breakfast hash, which was sauteed veggies over hash browns over tofu scramble. Really good. When I went back for dinner a few days later, I had the veggie stir fry with seitan over brown rice plus the "charcuterie" appetizer (which was all vegan -- walnut pate, cashew "cheese" and pickles). All of it was really good. I went with some non-veg coworkers and they seemed to like the food, except maybe one thought his portion of fish was too small. Personally, I would like to see them go all veg and stop offering fish!
But if I had the choice, I would have gone back many more times -- there were so many things on the menu I wanted to try!Pros: menu with vegan items clearly marked, vegan desserts, excellent food
Cons: also serves fish, service was a tad slow, but it was busy
