I had a muffin and couldn't really tell if it was supposed to be a sweet or harty. It's more like a snack bar.
At least at weekends its opening hours are till 1pm

Pros: one or 2 vegan dishes
Cons: limited choice

Small and a Bit Hard to Find, But Worth It!

5 Posted on 12 / 23 / 2013

What a great little (and I mean little) place this is!

Juice Bar
Raw Food
Vegetarian
Vegan
Gluten-Free
Vegan AND Gluten-Free (a very rare find)

The kind lady and gentleman behind the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful (their English is fantastic).

The food is great! Not a HUGE selection, but enough to make it hard to decide what to choose. The gluten-free/vegan Lemon Tarte is heavenly!!

(I could be wrong but… if entering Les Halles from the Rue Petite Meuse, this place is immediately on your left and down a tiny bit. Don't give up if you don't find it - ask somebody.)

A Must Visit for Raw and Vegan Food Lovers

5 Posted on 11 / 01 / 2013

This place is a great find, especially for a country like France, where it's almost impossible to find gluten free, vegan products. At 'Nature' they have an amazing JUICE BAR and they let you choose any fruits or vegetables you want to drink. We had a pumpkin & ginger juice that was deliciously fresh. Also, they focus on GLUTEN FREE and (mostly) VEGAN and RAW recipes. We tried a vegan muffin made with quionoa and butternut squash, a raw pumpkin soup with basil and a raw dessert made of a macadamia nut crust, topped with a lime-avocado & coconut milk cream. Everything was delicious! Do NOT miss it if you go to Avignon!

Pros: Fresh: they cook right in front of you, Located in a cool food market, Owners are nice and friendly
Cons: There's nowhere to sit, There are not enough places like this

Nice juice bar/snack place in Halle market

3 Posted on 06 / 15 / 2013

This place serves juices, savory and sweet muffins and pies, and the like. There is no place to sit, but you can find some seating in the Halle market and in a nearby square. Most hings here are not vegan, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is healthy and good, though not cheap.

Pros: Healthy, good food, friendly
Cons: Takeout place, not really an eaterie, Small
