Well-known store with a little cafe inside. Store is small but offers a large variety of herbal medicines, supplements, vitamins, and minerals. Some whole grain breads and pastries, grains, and other packaged foods. Emphasis is on whole grain foods and organic. Manager speaks English. Onsite pharmacists give advice on herbal medicines and such. No coffee, and no chocolate. more-less

Good for what it has

My biggest disappointment is that Naturaleza seems about 1/10th the size of what I would think Managua could support. It reminds me of a typical health food store of 1980 in Oympia Washington.
It has a large assortment of "medicine" and body care products but the food selection is pretty small. You can find brown rice, sugar-free peanut butter, soy flour and such. You also find a lot of Gringas shopping there -- the kind you would have found in that store in Olympia.

Pros: health care products, knowledgable staff, central location
Cons: needs more food options
