I visited the city and this restaurant in mid January 2013. Buffet only, a dozen plus items, lots of soy. The food was tasty, and varied. Busy with locals in the evening. I could not figure out the actual price structure, little English spoken and the staff were shy, but a heaped plate plus a fruit drink was ~$5. I would definitely re-visit if I head that way again. Recommended.
