The best vegan restaurant in Tel Aviv

Creative, original, surprising, rich - and all very tasty.
Probably one of the most interesting restaurants not only in TLV but the world.

Will also be a fresh experience for carnivores as well - it's that good.

Pros: Original creative dishes, Good atmosphere, not too stiff, Cocktails

Cons: Not cheap, but that's what you pay for gourmet

A unique experience

If you are looking for a place to relieve you hunger, you've got to the wrong place. The dishes are quite small, and costly. But don't just yet skip to the next option.

This restaurant serves dishes which will surprise you in each and every bite. The thought behind every item is well felt. The slightly scorched avocado with smoked dates salsa and chilly, is brilliant! And don't miss the carrot hotdog, even though it sounds... Well.. Different.

Pros: Nothing you've ever tried.

Cons: Need to reserve much in advance.

Run, don't walk - to Miss Kaplan!

Located in the Sarona complex, you can find the fabulous all-vegan Miss Kaplan restaurant on the second floor over "Picnic". They started out as a popup but following overwhelming success they are continuing at this location!

***From previous review***
Last night I had one of the best vegan meals ever in Tel Aviv - and that is saying something! Every dish I tasted was special and superb. Even the olive oil that was served with toast triangles with our amazing cocktails...even the olive oil was so fruity and delicious! I have never tasted olive oil like that in the over thirty years that I have been living in Israel.

But that was only the beginning...The "hot dog carrot" is a must. It is served on a bao-like bun with a fantastic sauce that made me happily forget any thought I might have had of mustard. Just try this treat, but be warned - you might discover an obsessive addiction for it afterward!

The salad of endive, strawberries, sliced snow peas and grated macadamia had a dressing that was so delicious. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. My partner ordered the croquettes of rice, served with a spicy dipping sauce, also excellent.

I highly recommend the Thai pumpkin with pistachios, lima bean cream, and so many flavors bursting that I don't even know how to describe it. It is sweet and spicy.

Lastly, the strawberry and vanilla cream dessert was simply divine, and I will order it again.

Don't miss this gourmet experience!
