Cheap Margaritas & Good Vegan Options - Edit
I was thrilled to find an actual good vegan selection at a Mexican joint in SLC. The vegan menu is pretty extensive with meat options of beef, seitan, or soyrizo. They also offer $2 margaritas, and are on the smaller side, but an impressive price compared to other places.

They have their own separate vegan menu, which I love. But their website about the vegan options is outdated. I came there for the vegan buffet, but they told me they ended months ago. So their website was wrong. Its possible that they started it back up, but make sure to call them and make sure before going over there. And they got rid of their vegan horchata.

I’m giving this place three stars because although their portions are generous and cheap the flavor is lacking. To be fair, I’ve only gone once, I tried the burrito but was very disappointed. It was flavorless, and very oily, I’m not sure what vegan cheese they used but it wasn’t very good. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless a friend really wants to go.

Excellent food and tons of choices - Edit
I've been here a dozen times and I guess I've forgotten to review it. I normally make the trek for the buffet but today I tried the burrito supremo. This thing would feed two adults or 1 teenager. As always, delicious.

This place is great. It offers all the classics for your friends who still eat meat n cheese and a completely separate vegan menu and buffet. A great place for a mixed dietary group. Delicious food, large drink menu, huge portions and friendly service. Colorful and fun decor and a good vibe. This is the "it" place for sit down vegan Mexican food. Ive been multiple times and haven't come close to exhausting my options.

They have a vegan menu, make sure to ask for it! A good amount of food for a great price. The staff are all kind are welcoming and knowledgeable about Veganism can always answer questions about the vegan menu. The environment is authentic and colorful, and always so lively.

Read moreMassive selection of all the favorites: enchiladas, fajitas, homemade fresh tortillas, fresh guacamole, tons of fresh veggies, they've got mock meats but also lots of beans and veggies for those that don't like mock meats. Sweets like maduros and a whole fresh fruit section. You can even get a soy horchata!
The staff are super nice and wonderful. Love this place!!

Went on Friday night for the buffet and it was absolutely amazing! Tortillas were freshly made and there were so many options, foods that I haven’t had in ages since I could never find a vegan version. Good price, just wish I had saved my stomach for it better so I could’ve had more😄

They have a huge vegan menu, and have a completely vegan Buffet every Friday. They have a vegan substitute for every protein vegan cheese vegan sour cream. The stuffed poblano peppers and enchiladas are my favorite thing I've tried so far!

Went to the all vegan buffet last night...it was really delicious!! The food there is lovingly made with care, and you can really taste the difference. Miguel, our server was awesome, fun, enthusiastic and passionate about the great food there, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere. You can tell the owners really do care! Wish I could give 5 stars, but the restaurant is not entirely vegan so the app won't let me. 😔

This place has a special vegan menu with lots of interesting items, especially enchiladas! The chef even made a special extra hot salsa when I asked for something spicier than what they had on-hand and it was awesome. Great for a big feast to cap off an incredible backpacking trip in the mountains.

You never stop loving Mexican and with Mi Ranchito its still possible and be a Vegan. This is a regular stop on our list of great vegan dining. We've always experienced the BEST service, friendly atmosphere and even more importantly, delicious food. The "Mexican Lasagne" is fantastic.

As far as Mexican restaurants go, I like this one because it's not loud and it doesn't smell like burning animal flesh. I'm just not into those things, and they've very common. Furthermore, the decoration is nice and seating is always quick.
Read moreAs far as vegan options, they have a full menu all days of the week you can order from that has lots of tasty dishes. The buffet on Friday nights is where it is at in my opinion though! Victor brings something new every week, including awesome tres leches and empanadas. Great selection, great value. There is also a good Groupon right now.

The full vegan buffet is amazing Friday nights! The whole buffet is vegan! It's a family owned restaurant and the food is all "home-made" I highly recommend the buffet on Friday nights if you want some amazing Mexican food! Oh and the tortillas are made on the spot! Taco soup is so amazing! The guacamole is fresh as ever! Rice and beans are amazing
