Authentic, traditional, homemade, family recipes. A real tandoor oven. Fresh naan. Amazing basmati rice. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Indian cooks. Great location. Lots of parking. Cozy and hip. Creative cocktails. Good mix of north and South Indian food. Will be a regular destination.

Below average Indian cuisine...a real disappointment

I am the one who added the photo of the tandoori oven baked salmon. My husband is trying to be vegan and I am plant based for 6 years now...so for those of you who aren't quite there yet, or have someone who isn't and would like to share a dining experience here, I want you to see what he had. It was a small (purported to be generous by the waitress) piece of dried fish, barely edible. I had the curried vegetables entree which was bland, if that is possible, and monotone in flavoring- definitely not recommended. All that could be tasted was the heat of the dish. We had samosas which were the only good part of the meal...but nothing to rave about. Pickings are slim for true vegans here. Maybe all the good reviews just set my expectations too high but I have had so much better Indian cuisine elsewhere.

Pros: Waitress was very nice, service good
Cons: Food preparation and quality

The food is so delicious and they are very knowledgeable and accommodating to vegans. Just let them know you are vegan and they will take care of it. The food is fantastic! They even made a special dish for my picky vegan Daughter who hates spicy foods. Ask for a waitress named Julie. She's vegan!

Pros: Delicious, Great Staff, Large Selection
