Good for vegetarians & vegans

Did take-away due to Covid situation. Liena is well aware of vegetarian/ vegan/ GF requirements as they have catered such diets for quite some time. We don't take onions & garlic, and Liena is happy to cater. Veg dumplings are good.

Pros: Friendly service., Cater for onion & garlic free

Very cute and yummy dumplings

I was a little unsure about Liena’s Place as the online reviews were a bit mixed but I’m so glad that I gave it a try. The restaurant is very small and cute with lots of things around the walls to look at. There was a good selection of vegan options that were clearly marked and the food was fresh and very tasty. The couple who own the restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place

A lovely little restaurant with friendly staff and yummy food. Vegan items are clearly marked and the staff went out of their way to confirm there was no egg and the food is cooked separately.

Pros: yummy dumplings and fried rice

Worst laksa i have ever had

Dropped in here for lunch and it was completely empty. It is fairly overpriced and I had the vegan laksa and it was the worst laksa I have ever had. It was like a bowl of coconut milk with oil and some noodles. There were barely any vegetables and a few slices tofu. I came away feeling very sick.

Cons: Expensive

Should be a five star review! Fantastic "home made" vegan food, clearly labelled

We dropped in here for dinner and it was amazing! We got vegan dumplings, a laksa and a vegetable/tofu clay pot and they were all fantastic. The sauces are all home made and the chilli sauce in particular is great. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good value for money in our opinion.

Would give them five stars if we could :)

Delicious, sweet and quaint little restaurant

A gorgeous little restaurant offering Chinese and Russian cuisine. Music, wall murals and decorations made for an atmospheric evening. I could not fault the service! The whole place is MSG free, and they even make their own soy sauce! There are some meat dishes, but vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I had the vegan Chinese dumplings, and they were delicious - more herby and tasty than average. I also had a plum iced tea with organic plums fresh from the waiters garden! (very sweet though! ) I'm keen to go back for the Russian dumping dish, which came with a coriander and mushroom sauce. I highly recommend this adorable place, it's definitely worth a visit.

Pros: service, delicious food, clearly marked vegan options

Cons: serves meat dishes as well
