We recently opened our "La Bodega" next to my wine shop. (This USED to be Sonoma Sausage, and now has NO MEAT at all!) We sell only local California cheeses - We have 54 starting with Joe Mato's St. Jorge from Santa Rosa to Bohemian Creamery from Sebastopol. We also produce our own organic pastas and find great recipes using local vegetables. These pastas are spectacular - and can be eaten here or taken home for a gourmet treat. The spinach ravioli uses aged Matos cheese for a deep flavor. New recipes appear weekly.
