Awesome all you can eat buffet!!

Great vegan selection. The down side was the place is so busy we had to make reservation days in advance. However, we were able to buy food vouchers in Pingtung City (the only place that would sell it now) so you don’t have to pay full price which makes up for it. Will continue to back because it’s definitely worth the money!!

Pros: Large selection

Cons: Slow in table clearing, Ice cream is not vegan even though the staff advis

Excellent all around!

Beautiful atmosphere, large selection, and everything is very, very tasty! The fake meat was well made, the soups and juices were excellent, and the chocolate fondue on mochi was icing on the cake. I would love to go back and try it again, but the price definitely calls for a special occasion. That said, the service, the food, and the atmosphere were all wonderful!

Pros: Great Selection, Excellent Staff, Delicious Food

Cons: On the pricey side

I just came across this review while looking for something else on the Kaohsiung page, and just want to say (for you, and anyone else who reads this) that the fake meat at Jen Dow (and most other restaurants in Taiwan) is certainly NOT vegan. It almost certainly contains dairy products, and quite likely egg as well (despite any assurances you may get from staff). For more info see my Taipei Jen Dow review.
