June marks one year that I have been working for Jason's Deli-Dowlen. However, I have been eating at the deli since I can remember.
Joe Tortorice, the founder of Jason's Deli, had a vision when he decided to reinvent "fast-food" dining. He wanted his customers to receive the best food for their body, with also having in mind quick-service.
By working at the location that I am at, I am able to experience what food comes out first since the test kitchen is connected. Moreover, most of Jason's Deli items come directly from the Jason's Deli Distribution. If not, it is shipped from nearby. This restaurant is famous for its fresh salad bar. Customers can have the option to make anything vegetarian by substituting zucchini, mushrooms or both. Within the past couple of years, we have also started serving more gluten-free items (Ubi's Gluten Free Bread!) Customers have the choice to create whatever they want! This is definitely a place worth eating, at a decent price in a great environment :)
