The restaurant is located in an old mill (il-mithna means that in Maltese) and features an inventive menu with, unfortunately, only a vegan starter. Luckily enough the chef is more than willing to cater at vegan, so I could enjoy a very nice dinner anyway. I had a fresh asparagus starter, with mushrooms, small onions and confit cherry tomatoes, followed by a main dish made up
of baked bell peppers stuffed with a curried stuffing of sundried tomatoes, raisins, sprouts and nuts. The staff are very nice and professional. I didn't have dessert, but some nice sorbets were listed on the menu.
Cons: no vegan dishes listed on the menu
