Closed - Edit
When I was here last Wednesday it was closed. It wasn't clear whether it'll reopen for the season or it's closed for good.

A very nice surprise - Edit
This restaurant hotel was a big surprise for us. I read on the Internet that they had some vegan dishes on their menu, but I'd never have expected such a nice dinner. We called at lunch time for dinner on the same day just to be sure they had vegan dishes, and they confirmed us so. When we arrived, we found our own vegan menu written on the table, and we started with a big mixed salad and mixed steamed vegetables. We went on with a delicate millet and dry tomato pie, followed by a hearty vegetable and mushroom soup. As main dishes we had chickpea balls on gazpacho, and local polenta topped with lentils. We found room for the dessert, a decadent chocolate cake with a very nice chocolate cream layer in the middle, decorated with pomegranate grains. A cherry-flavoured Marzemino bottle (a local wine from the Trento area) was the perfect match to this nice dinner. The whole dinner cost us 80 euros. The owner was also very nice and welcoming, and he told us they are going to turn everything vegan in the kitchen in the first half of 2015. Definitely a place to visit again.

Pros: big portions, welcoming staff, tasty food
Cons: maybe a bit priced, but worth it
