Did a day class here a few years ago. I was the only vegan in the class (of I think around 10 people). The host was most most accommodating and modified the recipes for me. Two out of the six things we made were modified - the rest were already vegan.
It seems a little pricey but when compared to other day courses it's not really that bad.
It's a fun day out and the food we made was quite good.Pros: Fun day out, Good food.
Cons: Parking in Bondi is a pain
