Healthiest food in the valley

Posted on 05 / 02 / 2014

I love to grab a bite at Glover Street Market! They make beautiful, tasty food from scratch, with love, right before your very eyes. The meals are large, fresh, organic and filling. The spring rolls are awesome and the staff are great. This place does have the most choices for vegans, and now even offers vegan tamales to go at just $3.50 each or 6 for $18. Only thing is, they also offer the addition of locally sourced meats to their entrees and I can't handle the proximity of the meat cooking from the counter seating. My current strategy is to avoid the place during the lunch rush. Thought this review needed an update on account of its ever increasing popularity with carnivores. There is also an organic bakery next door, Cinnamon Twisp, and they will happily make any of their sandwiches or wraps without the cheese, and they also have a couple of vegan treats in the line up (and it never smells like meat).

Pros: Healthy food, Fresh, organic juices
Cons: occasionally crowded if you hit the rush, a little pricey, but quite fair for good food, they serve meat and its stinky
